Sub-processors

Last updated: date

If you run Intelinic on your own hardware, this page is mostly empty for you. Your rows never reach our infrastructure, so most of these providers never see anything of yours. The ones marked both apply because you have an account with us; the ones marked managed apply only when we host the box.

Current sub-processors

ProviderWhat it doesWhat it receives WhereApplies to
hosting provider Hosting for the control plane and for managed boxes Everything stored on a managed box: your loaded data, uploads, documents and backups. For self-hosted customers: account, billing and encrypted connection credentials only hosting region both
api.deepseek.com The AI analyst: turns your question into SQL and explains the result Your table and column names and types, your question, and the aggregated result being explained. Never the underlying rows AI region both
generativelanguage.googleapis.com Text embeddings, so uploaded documents can be searched by meaning The text of documents you upload. Nothing if you upload none embeddings region managed
Stripe Payments and subscriptions Your billing details and payment method, given directly to Stripe. We never see or store card numbers payments region both
smtp.hostinger.com Transactional email — invitations, password resets, expiry and deletion notices Your name and email address, and the contents of those messages email region both

Two things worth stating plainly

Embeddings behave differently on each tier. On a self-hosted box the embedding model runs on your own hardware — no document text is sent anywhere. On the managed tier it is sent to generativelanguage.googleapis.com. That is a real difference between the tiers, and it is the reason this row is marked managed rather than buried in a footnote.

The AI never receives your rows. This is a property of how the product is built, not a setting: the model is given your schema and the aggregated figure it has to explain. If even that is more than your policy allows, ask us about running the model on your own hardware, where nothing leaves your building at all.
